We have taken part in a Creative writing competition. There were 20,000 entries and some of us have had our Sagas published in a book. |

| Shrek a big, green ogre, lived in caves eating mice. He wanted to be a man and not to be screamed at anymore, so he decided to kiss a princess.It didn't work- the princess turned into an ogre instead! Looking at herself, she screamed and fainted. "Oops!" said Shrek. | I awoke purring quietly. I clambered off my pillow I left. I settled on the grass. Suddenly in a blur I was shoved in a car, meowing loudly. I got pulled out to a strange room . Something pointy approached me, it was a needle. The vet ruined my day! |
The scratching at Paul's door grew louder and louder. Suddenly the door creaked open. A shadow appeared, something was in Paul's room. A monster perhaps? A monster sprinted out, it scared Paul out of his skin. Paul zoomed under the covers. He was terrified. He awoke it was a dream. |

Zip, zoom, here are the Aliens with a pet zebra on board. They are going to do a race. The Aliens think its 120 metres. Zip, zoom Captain pet zebra won the race. Wearing his go fast shiny silvery spacesuit. Zip, zoom Hurray!

One day an experienced, boastful, sorcerer travelled to town to perform for the Queen. His final act was the one he was famed for. He produced an owl, then a pigeon, but before he could extract the rabbit it nibbled its' way out of the hat. The sorcerer was incredibly embarrassed. |
James was an author. Once when he was writing, he heard a noise. Was it a mouse? Was it a rat? No. It was a monster a green and slimy monster! It scared poor James out of his skin. His monster character had come to life. He never wrote again!

| Once there was a wise rainbow called Sarah. One day, not looking where she was going, she fell in a river. "Oops!" a passing girl said. "Ha ha" laughed the rainbow "I must need glasses" "You can have mine" said the girl. "Thank you" beamed the rainbow, flying gracefully away. | Humpty Dumpty bought a chocolate bar. In the day time he palyed with it and at night time he slept with it. One day he felt a little peckish so he climbed on the wall. At that moment the chocolate bar fell. He reached for it but he slipped and died. | Inspector Small was searching the house where the crime scene began. There was a body in the middle of the floor with blood oozing from it. Inspector Small didn't realise the blood was fake. Near him was a strange shadow, shaped like a familiar person. Suddenly it shouted "April Fools!" | |||
| Danny was nine years old. His father, beyond the slightest doubt was excellent at poaching. Suddenly their caraven rolled away. The wooden steps had rotted. They were eating chocolate brownies. They jumped out, grabbed two bricks and threw them at the caraven wheels. Magically it stopped "Phew!" they said. | One day, a big fat ogre lived in a tree having breakfast with his donkey. Meanwhile there was a noise. It was a fairy telling them to go to the castle, so they went. The King said "Please save a princess for me" So they went off together. | A poor little boy's Grandad asked him to sell a cow for money. He met a nasty man who tricked him into swapping his cow for vampire bricks. Grandad was very cross and threw the bricks outside. The bricks turned into vampiresand hissed "Hello" They ate Jack and Grandad up. | |||
