We have been hatching chicks in school

12 eggs arrived in school ready for hatching. Within a day the first chick had hatched. We watched carefully as they pecked their way out of their shells.
After 24 hours the chicks were moved out of one  incubator into another which kept them warm and where they could eat and drink water. They were as interested in us as we were in them!
